- ◆ All claim approvals subject to on site inspection, We reserve the right to deny claims upon inspection.
◆ All returns/exchanges must be in original packing and are subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
◆ All claim for defects, damages, and missing item must be made within 72 hours after receiving your product.
◆ All damaged merchandise must be returned in its original Beverly Furniture box.
◆ We reserve the right to refuse any claim if the product has been used, assembled or if it’s not in the proper packaging.
◆ No cash refunds only exchanges or credit.
Shipping & Delivery
Please be advised, all our customers need to take care of their own shipping. All the pricing you get is FOB our warehouse. You are welcome to pick up the merchandise according to your location. The good news is that we have 5 locations in the US, you can pick up anywhere in the US.
If you want order Delivery all shipping costs are one-time charges, does not include the return shipping fee.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All customers in We Company shall pay by COD Cash or Check upon receiving merchandise. All customers online shall prepay the full amount before we ship out the orders. Prepayments may go by either WIRE the funds to the bank account of Beverly Furniture Inc. or by CREDIT CARD and or PayPal.
